Delivery is restricted to mainland UK addresses only

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. Any deliver made by Courier will require a person’s signature and delivery is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

If a Delivery by Courier is unsuccessful in reaching the recipients address, then the Courier will leave a Business Card at the Recipients address to try to re-arrange another delivery time. A second delivery attempt will be made by the Courier before the recipient will be charged for additional re-delivery charges

Any deliver made by Royal Mail that is unsuccessful in reaching the recipients address will be left at their local Post Office. Royal Mail will leave a Business Card to state that they have a package for collection at their Post Office
Order Acceptance An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit card is processed. The card will not be processed until we have verified that your order can be fulfilled from stock. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. Mocad Limited reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order. Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Mocad Limited accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within fourteen (14) days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases, Mocad Limited will not process any payment.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Warranty Conditions for Mocad 3 and Mocad Spare Parts The Mocad 3, charger and battery are covered by a 12 month warranty, covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Service If you encounter a problem with the trolley within the first 12 months, please call us direct on 0208 515 8181. Our priority is to get you back on the golf course as quickly as possible, so first of all we will try to rectify the problem over the phone - often it's a simple connection that has come loose, so you will be able to fix it very quickly yourself. If we diagnose that you need to be sent a spare part, we will send it to you by Royal Mail with easy to follow instructions.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may occur during normal use. Any breakages caused by accidental damage, commercial use or undue care are not covered.
